PTA bootcamp - Nautical Centre Faro

The Personal Trainers Algarve will on Saturday 23rd at 10 am to provide another free activity to our customers, friends and all those interested in participating.

It is in Nautical Center of Faro that there will be a Bootcamp session with dynamic and intense workouts, but also with the respective adjustments to the physical condition of each, so a class for everyone!

If you don´t know us, come and meet our concept of how to stay fit.

Later, we will also have the opportunity to enjoy some water sports granted by the Nautical Center.
