So you're in the thirties but when you need to do something more challenging, like running with your nephew, or walking your dog, feels as if he had sixty!

Probably your "physical" age is not according to his age.

Did you know that studies have demonstrated that how well our bodies function physically compared to how well they should work relates to your longevity?

Certain indicators can give you clues of you "physical" age, waist circumference, your resting heart rate, and even the frequency and intensity of exercise.

It's never too late to reverse your “physical” age, start to exercise more, improve your eating habits, have a higher quality of sleep. Try and notice the results on how you feel.
