Exercise and stress

The famous phrase in Latin “mens sana in corpore sano” (sane mind in sane body) transmits the concept that human needs to work out the body to achieve a healthy mood.

Regular and moderate exercise practice is beneficial for healthy in general. But in a psychological level it acts in a really good way because it helps reducing the daily or weekly stress.

Sport sets the endorphin hormone free. This hormone acts at a cerebral level and transmits a peace, well-being and pleasure felling.

In this way, when regularly work out, it helps fighting stress, anxiety and depression because endorphin relaxes our body.

Summing up, if you work out in a regular and moderate way, all your daily stress is replaced by a tranquillity feeling.
