How to return to the workout routine after holidays?

Returning to physical activity after holidays or an inactive period of time is challenging, requires discipline and willingness. When we stop doing physical exercise, we lose a lot of achievements from some training months, for example: strength, flexibility, brathing capacity and muscular mass.

For each person, the required time and the way of returning to working out are different. It’s advisable to do it in a progressive way. Start by scheduling the days you pretend to train and begin slowly and not in an aggressive way in terms of exercises and freight, the ideal is to do more global exercises, that is to say, work out the bigger muscle groups.

Healthy food is essential, the daily meal programming will help on returning to the healthy eating routine.

Advise: on the next holidays, don’t definitely eliminate exercise. Keep your daily jog or, at least, go for a walk and up the ante for 1 hour or make so sport in family.
