Do skinny people need to exercise?
It’s usual for skinny people to discard physical exercise. They often hear things like: “She’s/He’s so skinny, if they exercise they disappear.” This a completly wrong idea.
Slim body is not always a sign of health and the a sedentary lifestyle is not god for anyone.
For that, the skinny women also need and should practice physical exercise, especially to get muscle mass.
The functional training is a good example for that. It includes a variety of exercises driven only by our body weight and help strenghtening ours muscles, simultaneously working aerobics.
When done well and without overcharging the load, bodybuilding will help to gain muscle mass and to sculpt the whole body.
So the best solutions is the workout!
