It was last Saturday that we made a presence at the Decathlon store in Faro to celebrate his birthday.

First, we performed a demonstration of fitness materials available for sale, explaining to customers the best way to use them (which we also use in Personal Training).

Afterwards, we organized a class abroad with dynamic exercises in the form of playful games, but without forgetting the appropriate intensity (Small Groups style).

Then, we thank all presents and also the Decathlon partners for the invitation and the wishes of continuation of great success and continuous future collaboration!
