Caffeine and exercise

Caffeine is a substance with proven psychostimulant properties and its consumption is related to a better attention and less tiredness, reasons which explain its high consumption all over the world.

Caffeine does an ergo gene effect in different ways of physical exercise. In general, caffeine consumption is in only one dose, one hour before the exercise. In alternative, caffeine may be ingested in smaller quantities and in a separated way during physical exercise.

It is particularly efficient in dynamic and general characteristics exercise, for example running, cycling or paddling. Exercise term is diverse as well, and caffeine raises up the performance from 6 minutes to a few hours.

Caffeine also improves the muscular resistance and delays the muscles tiredness.
