Is it possible to get results in a 30-minute workout

For a long time, it was believed that long training was synonymous with results. Nowadays it is proven that the results come from the intensity imposed in the training.

Already there is the time that spent 1 ½ hours in the gym, after several studies and tests it has been proven that short but high intensity exercises spend more calories than calmer but more enduring exercises.

However, the intensity and volume in the training are always related and are inversely proportional, that is, when the volume increases the load decreases. For example: in the race, if it is faster the distance will have to be shorter, if slowing down (volume) will reach a greater distance.

The same happens with a weight training, when we increase the load the intensity is lower. So, the 30-minute workout to be effective requires high intensity to achieve the results.
