Importance of Evaluating

To evaluate. Is this so necessary to evaluate? What is it for? What conclusions do we draw?

As we can all imagine, the importance of evaluation is crucial in analyzing the current state of the person who will train. By determining this “state”, we were able to define and determine a strategy for developing the plan in the most appropriate and balanced way.

These assessments typically encompass several areas, such as health status assessment through questionnaires that are usually conducted in conversation form, and these allow us to identify some risk and disease factors, which allow us to be more sensitive to some possible conditioners for better practice of training

To determine physical fitness (ability to perform occupational and recreational activities, daily without excess fatigue, ACSM) we used various tests to determine cardiorespiratory fitness, body composition, muscle strength, muscle endurance.

These categories are all possible to evaluate in your training process, as long as your test protocols are performed rigorously. For the most part, body composition is only used as an assessment using bio impedance scales, which have an acceptable degree of error as a measure of weight and fat and muscle mass percentages. This evaluation process, being a simple method, can be very effective in the dynamics of evaluation and reassessment promoting better adaptation to training planning.

With our personalized follow-up you can have the assessment methods included in the service best suited for your training progression to be optimized.
