Following the latest fad diet, is it worth?

We could mention some "diets", which quickly would capture the attention of many of you, because they seem to allow most people to achieve the results they want faster and with less effort.

Science has been always in search of what is the best diet to get as fast there, but the same diet does not always result and these people, opinion leaders, in most cases, are commercial looking " sell their fish. " It is still legitimate, because in the end all we intend to sell something every day!

But the idea we want to convey is not that it does not work, but prevent just think that by adopting a strategy based on a fad diet will achieve the results you want.

Take our advice and do not underestimate the need for hard work (training) and persistent every day. This, combined with a balanced diet, but that will reach the intended objectives.
