Create a diary is a powerful tool to stay motivated now that begins your journey to the world of exercise, or even if you already training for some time and feel you need a push at this stage that do not feel like anything train.
You will quickly realize that this small gesture will make you go faster way to accomplish your goals. At first, it may appear that will consume much of your time but also quickly find out that you 5 to 10 minutes a day come for this task.
This may include daily notes about what you ate and what you did in terms of exercise, get a greater perception of where you committed the greatest mistakes and we missed to do.
