THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD JOINT MOBILITY

A joint is a structure that allows movement between bone segments, whereby the range of motion is the distance and natural direction of movement of a joint. This amplitude can be conditioned by the structure of bone surfaces but also by passive structures such as ligaments and tendons.

Mobility is defined as the degree of range obtained actively through the application of an internal force in a given joint related to the amount of movement it has.

With this, having good joint mobility will allow you to perform the exercises with greater efficiency, not only in supporting the joint with loads in a safer way, but also in its performance.

Don't forget to include joint mobility exercises in your workout, you can do it either at the beginning of the workout or at the end, depending on your goal.

Good training!
