Sweat vs lose weight
Published by: Personal Trainers in Curiosity
Sweating during exercise depends on several factors, such as the person's metabolism and weight, and the place where they are training. You can even get benefits from training, including weight loss, without sweating a lot.
Sweating a lot and drinking little can actually result in the loss of a few grams, due to body dehydration. But it has nothing to do with reducing fat deposits. Furthermore, the effect of this may appear to be weight loss, but it is very short-term.
